Jen's real estate move

Jennifer Aniston is finally settling into her first permanent home since her separation and divorce from Brad Pitt. The Friends with Money actress is in the process of buying a $15 million Beverly Hills home, according to the LA Times. Sitting on a half-acre, the 9,000-square-foot six-bedroom home was desiged by Modernist architect Hal Levitt. Aniston has been renting a two-bedroom Malibu beachfront home for a reported $25,000-$30,000 a month for the past few years.
