Witness says no punch was thrown in catfight

Dancing With the Stars star Cheryl Burke says she witnessed the alleged catfight between Paris Hilton and her co-star Shanna Moakler at Hyde in LA last week, and says Moakler did not punch the socialite. Burke did, however, witness her Dancing co-star being pushed down some stairs by Hilton's former beau Stavros Niarchos. "It was totally shocking to me," Burke said of the shipping heir's shove. "I would say 15 to 20 people saw this." Hilton filed a police report alleging she was punched by Moakler. "Well, all I know is Shanna did not punch Paris in the face...not even close," Burke said. "Shanna's not that type of person at all." Moakler also filed a police report on Wednesday that claimed Niarchos "shoved her down the stairs" and "poured a drink" on her.
