In their current ad campaign for their new line of style therapy brushes, Goody is encouraging us to cheat on our condition, shampoo, and stylist. Here's how:
- Add+Shine: These brushes are infused with jojoba oil and vitamin E to condition and hydrate, replacing moisture lost by shampooing. The oils and vitamins in the brush promise to smooth the cuticle, thereby preventing annoying fly-aways. Sounds great, especially for use during winter when we're faced with dry, hot air indoors.
- Reduce+Dandruff: Flakes are so annoying, but this line of brushes contains copper, a natural fungicide that reduces dandruff and dry scalp issues. How nice to use a brush to control flakes instead of relying on harsh anti-dandruff shampoos!
- Protect+Color: If you're like me and you color your hair, you know how shampoo and environmental factors fade your expensive dye job. Goody offers brushes for blondes, red heads, and brunettes that contain something called Questamide. Apparently, Questamide is an oil that is very similar to the oils in scalp that close the cuticle and help lock in your color. These are boar bristle brushes, so they're really great for styling.
I'll give an update on pricing and availability soon, until then, go to www.stylingtherapy.com for more info!
