Mischa Barton called Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning to discuss her DUI arrest last month for the first time. "I got a DUI when I was back in LA," she said the Dec. 27 incident. "I was pulled over. Obviously, I am 100 percent responsible for my actions, and I am really disappointed in myself. I am not perfect, and I don't ever intend to do something that stupid again." The 21-year-old former star of The O.C. acknowledged she doesn't have a valid license: "I usually try not to get behind the wheel. It is tough when people are talking about you all the time," she told Seacrest. "You just have to roll with it. I feel like I've got my head on my shoulders pretty good."source
