According to Allure, defined and sculpted cheeks are a hot look this coming season. To get them, dust a sheer berry powder blush on the apples of the cheeks, then sweep gold along the tops of the cheekbones to emphasize them. Or, instead of berry and gold, try a tawny contour powder blush topped with a shimmery, pearly beige cream blush. Just be sure to carefully blend all the edges so you don't end up with a harsh look.
This may sound a little tricky, but if you can master it, you'll end up with lovely, sculpted cheeks that make the rest of your face pop. Try one of these to help you achieve this look:
- Benefit Cosmetic's 10, $28: A light pink blush and bronzer duo that promises sleek, sculpted cheekbones.
- Too Faced's Ooh La Rouge, $19: Available in three different color options, this duo claims to be "foolproof" and to provide the much sought after sculpted cheek look. Not bad!
- Pop Beauty's Cheeky Cake, $18: Really, I just love the name of this product. Cheeky Cake. It sounds yummy. Anyway, you have three different color combos to chose from, all of which offer silky, glowing cheeks.
